In Aug 2009, DOWTEC have completed the Factory Acceptance Test Phase for 100m3/day offshore system. [Commercial]

PROJECTS [AS OCT 2009]

Firmed Projects	130 m3/d Decore+Poreflon Skid. Client .	Final Phase with FAT scheduled for 1st week of August. Punch-list to be completed by End of Dec.
Tender Phase	540 m3/d Decore+Poreflon+Phelon Process System. On Clients request, HVAC and Sludge treatment facility is included.	DOWTEC bid is short-listed for both the 10ppm and 1ppm options. Award of this tender is expected by End-DEC.
	Invited participated as one of consortium partners to bid in Water Flooding Project. DOWTEC submission is on the provision of salinity controlled injection facility for offshore application.	DOWTEC proposal was submitted on 24th of Sept. Result of the tender will be known by end of DEC, 2009.
	Upsizing on the current 130m3/day skid to 260m3/d system.	Cost and design proposal submitted to Client for consideration.
	500k to 1mln litre RW treatment facility with salinity controlled. BOT basis for a Fish Breeding company.	Quotation submitted to the client.
Potential Projects	2500 m3/d Build Operate Own [BOO] scheme for a middle National Oil Company	Contract is for 10 to 15years.
	100 m3/day gas-water offshore system for Gas Development.	Discussion with Client was held in mid August.
	Proposed Development of a hydrocarbon storage, processing and distribution facility.	Quotation submitted and award expected by December 2009.
	Possible 2500 m3/d BOO scheme for Turnkey Company in India	OPEX model prepared and reviewed.
New Enquires	4000 m3/d DECORE+POREFLON for a South American Oil Major	Discussion with Client was held
	Offshore 100-200 m3/d Decore Units for a middle-east client	Discussion with Client was held
	2500 m3/d DECORE System for a middle-east client	Discussion with Client was held

DOWTEC is continuously looking at ways of improving the clients’ profit margins by introducing better effluent treatment processes that deliver high yield - quality water for the purpose of discharging to the environment as well as for Water Flooding and Enhanced Oil Recovery Projects.

With most of existing oilfields entering the mature phase, oil companies are opting for secondary injection or tertiary EOR projects to extend life of the oilfields which translate to better Ultimate Recovery.
